Where can I come up with a Prince Phillip (Sleeping Beauty) Costume?

I need to find a costume for my husband that could pass for Prince Phillip from Sleeping Beauty. I have searched and searched the internet and come up with two acceptable costumes, but one is out of stock and I really don’t want to pay $100 for just a cape and tunic! I’d be willing to make him the costume if I could find a pattern.
