Is it safe to paint your body with acrylic paint?

For my friends singing competition a few of my guy friends are going to have her name written on their chests, is it safe for them ?

Plastic is made from oil,..aka fosile feuls. Are acrylics made from vegeble oil?

Would you put dead dinosouars on skin? Are acrylics posion?
Plastic infant feeding bottles have been proven to poison babys,…that it why so many people suggest glass. Are acrylic paints able to do the same when applied on skin? Perhaps short term, if any.
