How to set a fake IP adress?

so i want to set a fake ip adrees on my computer so if any one tries to take it and hack it he will get the fake one
alot of people do it oon skype and am using skype
alot i cant live without it
so if anyone tries to get my ip adrees when i am in anycasts i want him to get the fake one
if anyone knows how plzzzz tell me
