You may see slight variations between various sizes of scented jar candles and also based on what items are included with the candle itself. But the ones of the same size should all be very close in color range. You may also want to ask the manufacturer about their process to ensure that the color is consistent and that the fragrance is evenly distributed throughout the candle gel material.

Fragrance

As mentioned above, gel candles need special fragrance oils. Be sure that your manufacturer understands that there is a difference between scents for gel candles and scents for wax candles. Additionally, you want a wholesale candle manufacturer that has a wide enough variety of fragrances to satisfy the desires of your customers.

Experience

The experience of the wholesale candle manufacturer is very important. While it is easy to add some fragrance oil to a candle material and make a candle, the experience comes about in knowing the proper ratios and formulas needed to make a quality gel candle. Additionally, there is a lot of testing to ensure a great burning candle. The burn is greatly affected by the shape of the jar, the type and size of the wick, how well mixed the candle is as well as the freshness of the oil and the candle.
